Don James Design is a new online company run by an experienced artist and designer. The company bears his name, but like so many things about him, his whole name is a lot more than what you see! He is actually Donald James Landes-McCullough. That’s a lot to remember for those who are new to the name, but we trust your experiences with Don and with Don James Design will be memorable.

Our company makes and sells buttons that we have not found anywhere else. We don’t strive to be competitive but to be original. The button business has allowed Don to bring together many of the things he loves: fashion, glasswork and design. Don is an award winning art teacher, a sculptor, a sewman, (a man who knows how to create fashion!), a kiln glass artist and has his fingers in just about every form of art in which one can dabble. He holds two Masters Degrees and has studied for two summers in Pietrasanta, Italy, with marble carving masters. Don's insights and his designs reflect his belief that he is a “Citizen of the World. In fact, this belief is reflected in his travels on four continents and also in our company policy to donate part of our profits to build and maintain clean water wells in Malawi and Kenya.
