Return Policy
We want to have happy customers. If at any time for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or the experience with our company, we want to do whatever we can to make it right. We will accept exchanges, credit or a full refund (not including shipping) when you return the product. We want to make sure that you have a satisfying experience.

Special Orders
Special order items are not returnable and non-refundable. Cancellation of special orders is not allowed after the production of the order has begun.

Back Orders
We try to anticipate our supply needs before they occur. If an item is backordered we will email you with as much information as we have about the item and will allow you to decide to continue with the order or to accept a refund.

Shipping
All our items are shipped by Priority Mail as soon as we can get the order packaged and sent.

International Orders
Most international orders will be shipped by International Express Mail. The amount you are charged will be the actual cost of shipping. The amount shown on your order is only an estimate until we are able to package and weigh your order. The customer must pay all customs duties imposed by your country when your package arrives. Please contact your local post office before ordering if you have any questions.
